Betty Dalton Newbold is a nationally known cook with many flavors and styles.  She is originally from Mindanao in the Philippines, but has lived in the United States for over 30 years.

Prior to operating a food truck, she owned and operated the Philippine Express restaurant located on the west side of Columbus. She now owns and operates the Taste Of Flavor food truck, a mobile fast-food operation specializing in freshly made Asian and American dishes.

She resides in Galloway, Ohio, in a quiet suburb adjacent to the Hilliard area. She is assisted by her husband Ed, her daughter Rachel, and her father Jessie.

Besides operating the food truck, she also performs catering for both large and small events.
